The soul of our villages

Preserved valleys

Stone houses with facades enhanced by wooden balconies, bordered by galleries and slate roofs pierced by dormer windows to let the sun’s generous rays filter through… This is the typical Pyrenean architecture of our villages.

Our heritage

In our village churches and chapels, you’ll find Baroque altarpieces, frescoes dating back to the 15th century, polychrome virgins and other intact treasures that have stood the test of time!

Saint-Lary is located on the network of routes to Santiago de Compostela, whose itinerary leads to Spain via the Port Vieux Pass.Spain via the Port Vieux pass in the Géla valley and the Ourdissétou pass in the Rioumajou valley.
