A new national label: Destination d’Excellence
Since May 2024, the Qualité Tourisme™ mark has been replaced by the new national Destination d’Excellence (DEX) label.
This label strengthens the quality approach across the entire tourism offering:
- places to visit and leisure activities,
- tourist information centres, including tourist offices.
As well as promoting a warm, professional welcome, Destination d’Excellence places the emphasis on :
- sustainable flow management
- the overall quality of the visitor experience,
- actively listening to visitors’ needs.
