The House of the Pyrenees National Park

Located in the heart of Saint-Lary at the foot of the majestic Hachan Tower and the town hall, the National Park House was expanded and completely refurbished in 2014.

To the discovery

A rich and varied space

The Pyrenees National Park House is a rich, varied and fun museum space. Ideal for families, you can discover the fauna and flora of the great natural spaces near Saint-Lary.

An arrangement

Redesigned for the public

The new interior layout offers, in adapted spaces, a discovery of the forest in Aure Valley and its natural habitats. Outside, a pathway leads the visitor to a better knowledge of the eco-responsible use of wood. An auditorium, with a capacity of 55 seats, completes the installation.

The good news for the planet

The house was designed to limit its energy consumption. The project was carried out according to the HQE (High Environmental Quality) approach, i.e. by respecting the various existing targets in order to obtain the eco-label.
