Anecdote

The sulphurous springs of our valleys have been recognized since the Middle Ages. The first thermal activity dates back to 1890 in Cadéac les bains (hence the name of the village) thanks to the railway which brought the curists to Arreau station. The baths of Cadeac were abandoned in the 30s.
