The Patou

The station's mascot

His name is “PATOU,” a white ball of fur at birth. As an adult, his thick fur allows him to withstand the harshest weather conditions, as he lives in the mountains of the Pyrenees. It is also said that he resembles the dog from “Belle et Sébastien“.

We’ll take you on a journey to discover the Patou, the mascot of our resort.

An animal with multiple qualities...

He is a proud and courageous animal. Excellent guard dog, wary of strangers, he is the shepherd dog very close to his master. His job: protecting flocks from wolves.

...and a funny mascot

We chose to adopt this dog as our mascot, integrating him into the lives of vacationers but giving him a whole new role for the enjoyment of young and old alike!

So our mascot has a whole new role to play!”

He’s becoming a fan of crowd bathing and cuddling and doesn’t miss a single moment of meeting with visitors in Saint-Lary. It is quite logical to find him at most of the events of the village!

You may see him at the foot of the slope during one of our animations or on the side of the outdoor skating rink in the village.

Go in search of Monsieur Patou

And play with it!
